After purchasing for my son with VERY flat feet, I was sent a link for submitting a review and I saw all the horrible reviews. We were immediately concerned, but decided to wait for them.
The shoes arrived in a week. They were as described. In his old shoes, his ankles were at 45 degree angles to his feet, but with these, they are straight and look nice. He still has some pain after walking around a theme park all day, but I am not convinced that he could ever be pain free, even with orthopedics. If I paid $100 in the mall for shoes, I wouldn’t expect to get better shoes.
I think much of the problem with the bad reviews is Amazon has ruined people to waiting. Everyone expects same-day shipments and they forget that there are real people on the other end. When you leave a one star review, you’d better mean it because what you are doing is taking food off someone’s plate. It is not just your entitled opinion, it truly matters to the family who owns the business and it’s irresponsible to take lightly. And to the person who says that their main goal is to put a company out of business over one pair of shoes...you got issues.
This has been a pleasant experience and a nice pair of shoes.

This is the best pair of work boot I have ever purchased. My feet were killing me every day after work. I decided to get a pair of Hunter_Brown work boot. I Love them. If your on your feet all day these work well. The only thing is order them 1/2 size smaller. I wear a 11.5 but In them I think size 11 would have worked. 10 Plus rating!!!!!

I've ordered 3 pairs of shoes from Orthofeet. One pair for me about a year ago, another pair to my brother as a birthday gift and a 3rd pair for me in a new style. I kept the first pair, the gift pair and the most recent pair I ordered had to be returned due to fit. They make it really easy to return their products-- there is already a pre-paid label in your shipment, so you just tape the box back up (there is a paper they include to put down the reason for the return that you stick back in the box also). You can drop the box off with no hassle at a Staples or FedEx shipping location-- any of the chain stores that have mailing services.

Their shoes are high quality and they really do help if you have a foot issue. When I ordered my first pair, I was hobbling around after a (not cheap!) pair of Sketchers pretty much ruined my feet and I had plantar fasciitis pretty bad in one foot. The shoes made it possible to walk again and eventually with the support my foot healed and is back to as normal as it gets at my age- lol!

So if you are on the fence about ordering shoes by mail, you really have nothing to lose by trying them out. They give you 60 days to try them and they are a well made shoe. There are extra inserts they sent to really adjust the fit to your specifications.

Don't buy these shoes!!!! They are crap from China or wherever, cheap & way overpriced. Sketchers Arch Fit is the ones to buy!! I think that they're made in China but they are actually what they say they are. I ordered a pair of size women's 10's. I didn't have any problem with the delivery time but when I got them; they were wayyy too big, so I put in another "double insole" and also the so called arch support. Still was overly too big. The heels kept rubbing up and down and chewing my socks down into my shoes. My toes felt like they were up in the air and my heels started hurting severely. I sent them back but will wait to see how long it will take them to reimburse me......

I bought 2 pairs of Orthofeet shoes. One sneaker and the other shoes... With my recent back surgery, my left foot arch, began to hurt when walking.. They arrived within a weeks time, and I have worn them everyday since.. My pain in the arch is gone. They are so comfortable. I recommend these sneakers or shoes, to those who have trouble with their feet, back. I would buy them even If I did not have a problem.. Excellent service... Well made .. HIGH quality shoes !!

Took over two weeks to arrive. They actually sent two different size shoes in the same box! Weird styles, weird lacings, weird everything. Returned for refund.

I bought a pair of orthofeet slippers and they were great. I wore them every day for 8 months before they wore down, so I was satisfied. I bought a second pair and the stitching on both came loose within 3 1/2 months. I wrote the company and they never responded.

I would rate Orthofoot a negative rating if possible. Ordered three sets of men's slippers on November 30th for Christmas. I received confirmation, and my card was charged 249.00. No shipping notice. Everytime I call, which has been several times, I am told they are shipping the next day. There is no way they will be here by Christmas. Very unreliable company, and I feel scammed.

Ordered shoes and were not happy with them. Sent them back less than 2 weeks after having them. They've had the shoes back since November 15th and i still don't have my money back. I've since put in a dispute with my credit card

I was a bit nervous to buy shoes from Orthofeet and went ahead based on their customer service. I purchased two pairs and one was a bit short and the other a bit tight otherwise I would have kept them. Very comfortable and looked like they were well made. Customer service was amazing. I would try Orthofeet again.

We ordered the shoes they weren't what they were supposed to be they have had the shoes back for two weeks after sending 3 emails and 2 phone calls finally got hold of a very rude sales rep and informed us it would be another three weeks before they put it back on the credit card that will be five weeks and then rudely hung up on us

I wear an 8 narrow width shoe. These Orthofeet Tennis Shoes fit perfectly and give me the support I need for walking. I just wish they had more styles/colors in their Tennis Shoes.
